Meters are read on a quarterly basis. If our service person is unable to gain entrance to your residence they will leave a card as pictured below and we ask that you fill out the card, place a stamp on the outside and mail it to us within 3 business days. We must have the card in our office within three (3) days in order to process this information before your bill is calculated. For your convenience, you may call the reading into us 24 hours a day. Call our main number (814) 533-4300 and hit prompt #4.
Periodically GJWA may require access to your service address in order to determine if all Authority equipment is operating properly. For your protection, when access is requested, you will be notified in advance by the Authority to schedule an appointment.
