METER READINGS
When our meter readers make their visit to your home and are unable to gain entrance they will leave a card as pictured below.
Fill out the card, place a stamp on the outside and mail it to us within 3 business days. We must have them in our office within three (3) days in order to process this information before your bill is calculated. For your convenience, you may call the reading into us 24 hours a day. Call our main number (814) 533-4300 and hit prompt #2.

Not everyone will have this type of outside meter reader. Periodically GJWA may require access to your service address in order to determine if all Authority equipment is operating properly. For your protection, when access is requested, you will be notified in advance by the Authority to schedule an appointment.
